Set in acres of delightful woodland, the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel is just 14 miles (23 km) from the city of Inverness. With walks and cycle trails to nearby Urquhart castle, the hotel makes a great base from which to explore the highlands. The hotel is within the grounds of the Nessieland Castle Monster Centre. facilities include Cinema, Exhibition, Coffee Shop and Children's Activity Centre. Children's Activity Centre free to hotel guests. This original Highland lodge is now a privately owned 3-star hotel offering 50 well-appointed rooms, rich in original character and traditional charm.     From Inverness follow the A82 Road for approximatley 14 miles you will come to the village of Drumnadrochit, Do not go over the bridge take the right then follow the Canich Road and turn first right. From Fort William follow the A82 Road through For agustus, pass Urquhart Castle over into Drumnadrochit village, follow the road right upto the drumnadrochit bridge turn sharp left follow the canich Road until you come to the first right.
